Updates coming soon

Hello everyone,

I am still hard at work on some exciting new updates for Fruit Plunge and City Protector. I had originally announced City Protector 2 would be arriving this spring, but I’m now thinking it will be available closer to the summer months. Again, it will be a free update to all users and it won’t disappoint. In addition, I am planning on redesigning Smoothie mode in the next version of Fruit Plunge, so stay tuned for that. Fruit Plunge has been a great success so far and I really appreciate all of the positive user feedback.

The next few months should be exciting. Thanks again for the continued support.

That’s all for now,

A fruity, new name

Hello everyone,

I’ve been analyzing the app market recently and I realized that there are too many “falling fruit” apps with similar names. After factoring in other reasons and looking at the data, I decided to change the name of my app to: Fruit Plunge. It’s the same fun, fast-paced game that thousands of people love, but with a fresh and unique new name! The new name will be reflected with version 1.0.2, which is available now for Android on Google Play and will be available on iOS in the coming days.

Other changes in this new version include:

  • Multiple landscape orientation support (you can now hold your device either way to play the game)
  • Full iOS 6 compatibility (iOS only)
  • iPhone 5 support (iOS only)

I do not anticipate any problems with the new name causing any problems with updating older versions of the app, but please let me know in the forums if a problem occurs. Enjoy the new name and stay tuned for future updates and new features!

That’s all for now,

Dale

BIG News

Hello everyone,

I have been working incredibly hard over the last nine months on some big projects and today, I’m ready to unveil them.

City Protector

I have been working on a big update for City Protector for a long time and unfortunately, the big update is not quite ready yet. That being said, I have built a smaller maintenance/visual update that will be released in the coming days. It will include some bug fixes, a new visual health bar on all levels, sharper text for retina displays, and more. City Protector Lite will also receive an update. Stay tuned for that update in the coming days. The big update will arrive in November 2012

Introducing…Fruit Fall!!!

While working on City Protector for the past nine months, I have also been hard at work developing a second app. That second app is now called Fruit Fall  and it will be released as soon as Apple approves it for the App Store. Fruit Fall is a game featuring ripe and rotten fruit. To earn points, players must drag fruit to the appropriate container. During the game, players earn coins that can be used to buy power ups, multipliers, and other useful items. Best of all, Fruit Fall is going to be a FREE app. We will be updating the Fruit Fall page with more information as soon as Apple approves the app.

Stay tuned for more news and updates about our apps. More big news is coming in a few weeks (see hint below).
